Oh Bolonga! The food, the food, oh so good. It is THE food capital of the world! Also where the Italians come to eat on their vacations. L’Arcimboldo is a fine dining spot in Bologna that offers traditional Italian cuisine with a modern twist. If you’re looking something a little different than the traditional Italian dishes, specifically the Tortellini in Brodo and Green Lasagna that is synonymous with Bologna, than L’Arcimboldo is the spot to try. Their plating is like art, and the flavors deliver on a dish that tastes as good as it looks. This place is definitely bite worthy.

Stecchi fritti alla Petroniana con verdure dell’orto e salsa in agrodolce

Deep fried balls of mortadella and cheese with sweet and sour sauce and seasonal vegetables

Uovo teneramente fritto (salsa di taleggio e tartufo, finferli, cicorietta, speck d’anatra)
Fried egg with taleggio cheese and truffle sauce, mushrooms, chicory, smoked duck slices

*runny egg yolk once you cut into the fried egg
