When in Rome… Become a Roman Masterchef: Pasta, Ravioli and Tiramisù class
Today we worked for our food- making fettuccine, raviolis and tiramisu, and it was fantastic! Foodies will love the chance to learn to make some favorite Italian dishes, including pasta from scratch, ravioli, and tiramisu. Immerse yourself in Italian culture through its food, and learn more than you would just eating these dishes at a restaurant. The class takes place at a local restaurant, so you can get a behind-the-scenes look at how Italian restaurants run. Every participant gets their own work station and will sit down at the communal table to eat their delicious creations afterward. Well taught, perfect pace, delicious results, highly recommend!

Eating the noodles we cooked, in one of the three sauces of choice- carbonara, tomato basil or pesto. We chose the carbonara for the fettuccini, and the tomato basil for the raviolis. Everything was so tasty, and the pasta was perfectly cooked, al dente!
For dessert, our home made tiramisu. Just the right amount of sweetness with an abundance of toppings! Great recipe, will definitely be trying it at home.
